Q7: How to cancel the order?
You can cancel your order at any time before making the payment. Click on "Cancel this order" button at the Orders page to cancel any such orders.

Q8: There was an error on making the payment against a checkout. How should I proceed further?
Please visit the Orders page and click on the status "AWAITING PAYMENT" and then click on "AGREE & MAKE PAYMENT" button to continue making the payment on that specific order.

Q9: I don't have the facility to make online payment. How should I place an order?
Please checkout your cart and cancel the payment options in the subsequent screen. Then please visit the Orders page. You can find the order with the status as "AWAITING PAYMENT". Write to us or call us through the detils at Contact page. We will send the further details of other payment modes.

Q10: Can I cancel my order while the goods are in transit?
No. You can not cancel the order after the consignment is dispatched.

Q11: How do I get refund on resolution of a descripancy?
Order value can be refunded after deducting the finance charges at actual basis. A refund cheque or NEFT credit will be processed accordingly.

Q12: How do I claim warranty benefit for the products I purchased?
Warranty will be covered as per the terms of the product specifications. Please contact us at our email address sales@nirvig.com with the copy of the invoice and the details of your claim.

Q13: How to change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address at your profile page. Click on your name located at the top of this screen to open your profile page. Please ensure to update the correct PIN Code and verify its details popping at the bottom of the PIN Code you entered. Shipment will be sent to the address associated with the given PIN Code. Nirvig Electronics can not be questioned for the wrong delivery address or PIN code updated by the customer.

Q14: How to change the delivery address after the order is placed?
Both billing address and Delivery address are not editable once the order is placed. Hence please doubel check your billing address and delivery address at the cart page and on your profile page before placing the order.

Q15: How to get GST invoice?
You can find the button on your order status page to download the invoice once the order is dispatched.

Q16: How to track the consignment that I ordered?
The tracking details will be shared on your order status page once the consignment is dispatched. You can contact or track online at the relevant courier companies' website.
