Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order. We will need your bank account details for refund of your money.

2. Packing of product

All the products ordered will be packed with the sufficient safety measures ensuring the shipping products does not get damaged or spilled during transit. Any special instruction or request from the buyer can be accepted with the additional charges as per the estimated cost.

3. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India[We also accept orders from international customers]. Any shipments outside of India are to be assessed with a special purchase order.

4. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time for all the consignments within India is within 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery speed and time are depends on the external courier / cargo service provider. Nirvig does not hold the responsibility or guarantee for the fast delivery. Delivery times are pure estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Customers are advised to track the shipment with the respective courier companies in case of any unlikely event of delay in delivery. Nirvig is not held responsible for the delays caused by the courier partners; however, Nirvig can accept the feedback from the customers about the abnormal delay in delivery and will raise the grievance with the courier companies after 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

5. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Any offline order placed will be as per our internal standard delivery practice unless there are any special requests from the buyer. 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Shipping charges cannot be compared with the actual cost or the alternate options of shipping, the charge which is agreed on the order will be the standard charge.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or over phone once the actual shipping charge is assessed.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is charged according to the prevailing rules in India and also the state from and to where the item is shipped.

7. Delivery of replacement products under warranty

All the shipping charges on returning the product back to our (Nirvig) location will have to be incurred by the buyer which is not reimbursable from us. The delivery of replacement product will be sent free of cost when the product is covered under warranty and within the warranty period.

All the cost of shipment will have to be incurred by the buyer on the repair or replacement of the products which are not under warranty or at the expiry of warranty terms.

8. Damaged Items / Shipment lost in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery or the shipment lost in transit, contact us immediately at +91-7200590522. This will help Nirvig to raise concern with the courier partner. However, please note that the damage in transit or shipment lost in transit are not covered under transit insurance unless specifically agreed in the order. Such losses will cost the buyer and it cannot be claimed with Nirvig.
